NP Germany successfully installed a turnkey automatic line

Successful partnership between Arburg and NP Germany (NP Germany companie movie) for the installation of an automatic turnkey line

The challenge was to automate the manufacturing process of a coolant pump rotor, especially for battery packs in hybrid vehicles.

Nine robots are integrated into this cell, which is attached to a vertical press at the NP Germany site in Brilon (North Rhine-Westphalia), enabling automatic assembly and inspection in the press flow. The success of this project was possible thanks to the collaborative work between the two companies.
